hi guys..im trying to prepare all my documents now for my PR under common law but i was wondering if police clearance is acceptable if you dont have an nbi from the philippines..because i was thinking since i only lived in a small town in the philippines and didnt live anywhere else other than my province when i was in the philippines it is better to just submit my police clearance instead of my nbi,,

no. you need NBI if your from Philippines and other police clearance from other countries that you live for more than 6 months. are you already in Canada? you can get copy of blue form from any Philippine embassy near you. and then send it to your family in the pi to process NBI. takes about 1-2 months.
