Hi everyone if have received a PNP letter from Ontario and I lose my offer letter and my new job offer doesn't have an LMIA backing it. Can I still use the PNP letter to get 600 additional points in my Express Entry profile?

It's all in the document and should be bleedingly obvious. Make sure you're looking at the nomination certificate. Feel free to past the contents here but sounds fine to me

Is a nomination certificate something different? I received a pdf in my ircc account stating this:
Code:
Congratulations! You have accepted a nomination from ON
under their Provincial Nominee Program. By accepting this nomination, you agree to abide by the
requirements of this provincial program, including the intention to reside in ON
Because you have accepted a provincial/territorial nomination you have been allotted an
additional 600 points in the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System and it is likely that
you will be issued an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
Your profile is used to rank you against other candidates in the Express Entry pool.
You must ensure that the information you provided in your Express Entry profile remains truthful
and accurate at all times. If your personal circumstances change (e.g. you get a new language
test; have a baby; or start a new career), you must update your profile.
