Is our daughter(already issued Canadian Citizenship) a dependent child?

For an application to sponsor a spouse under the family class does our child who has been issued Canadian Citizenship because I (her mother) is Canadian fall under a dependent or not? Also, in Part II Application for Permanent Residence: does my husband need to put our daughter as a dependent and list me as his spouse and does he need to list all members of his family ie. brothers and sisters and parents? Otherwise, on ALL forms he is just putting himself and I'm not clear where our daughter is mentioned.....

1, No she is not a dependent in the application.
