We are moving to Toronto soon. is it allow to rent one bedroom for family of three. We are Husband, Wife and One 5 years old daughter. I heard we may have go for 2 BR but due to budget constraint I would prefer to rent 1 BR house/condo for us.

There is no law or anything like that against it but landlords may not like it.

Yes you can rent for family of 3 or 4 as well
