Is OINP: International student stream part of EE now?

Hi all,

So I just got nomination from OINP: International student stream. What is the next step of it? I follow the link (https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream) to the website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees.html) and it has 2 ways to apply: Paper and Express Entry.

Can I click Yes in Nomination section when creating Express Entry now ? Or I have to apply paper?
