I have just started collecting my documents and planning to apply under the same NOC
Also I wonder if it's worth it to apply now as it will take me at least a month until I can submit my application.
NOC1111 is far from being complete. Only 27 complete applications have been received by Immigration Canada by August, 8th. You can verify yourself directly on www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp.

Just to clarify, the webpage update date is Aug'2014, but the numbers show applications received only until about 8th May or so. That means the current status is way large, with applications in some NOCs ranging close to the sub-cap of 1000.

Sorry - your information is very wrong. The numbers on the CIC site only reflect the applications CIC has reviewed and deemed to be complete. CIC is still working on applications from mid-May. These numbers definitely do not reflect August. They are a number of months behind.

After receiving my application within how many months will CIC send me any approval or wait notice if their are No errors in my case?

The numbers on the website of Immigration Canada are an indication as CIC states themselves on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp. It is the best possible information you can get. To state that the certain caps have already been reached are speculation. As an option you could wait 3.5 months until the new Express entry 2015 will start.
