My Spouse's Company is applying my TRV along with my spouse's ICT WP valid for 2 years. They have asked to submit a No Objection Certificate from my employer if I am employed. Will it be cross checked with my employer by VISA authority? And if I get a No Objection Certificate from my employer for only 3 months, do they limit my TRV validity to only 3 months or it will be valid till my spouse's WP visa validity (2 years)?
