I got this question because my co-op permit and working holiday overlapped in a same period.
I’m runing my co-op as a full time cook from April 2018 and I may finish it by Oct 2018.
However, I just picked up my another open work permit on Mar 2018. (A year length)
How many points I could get after March 2018?
My 3 permit detail as below:
Co-op permit: April 2018 - April 2019 ( I may complete it by Oct 2018)
Study permit: **same as Co-op**
Working holiday permit: March 2018-March 2019
As far as I know:
1) internship(Co-op) wouldn’t be counted to a part of work experience.
2) 52 week is mandatory even working > 30 hr/week.

I’m runing my co-op as a full time cook from April 2018 and I may finish it by Oct 2018. Co-op work permits are for enrolled students who are using the work experience as part of their studies. It implies you are a student, so regardless of what kind of permit, the fact that you are a student means the experience will not count.
You have not provided the one date that truly matters - when will you graduate / finish your study program? (Or, when did you?)

1) internship(Co-op) wouldn’t be counted to a part of work experience. Internships and co-ops are not the same thing. Co-ops are for students only, and are part of a degree program. Internships can be during or after studies, and are not part of a study program.
2) 52 week is mandatory even working > 30 hr/week. Yes, 52 weeks of full-time work is the minimum. And it takes longer if you work part-time (fewer than 30 hours per week).
I will graduate Oct, 2018. My program includes about 1000 hours Co-op. And I am trying to complete it before Oct, 2018.
However, I have another work permit(working holiday) from Mar, 2018 to Mar, 2019.
Co-op: April 2018 to Oct 2018
Working holiday: Mar 2018 to Mar 2019
I was wondering how I can get points during April 2018 to Oct 2018. I have this question because I am a skilled worker (by on working holiday permit) as well as a Co-op student( by on my Co-op permit)

You will not be able to get credit for the April to October work since you won't have complete your program and graduated yet. Work experience completed during your studies cannot be counted towards PR.

No, you are a student, and you cannot use that experience. You will have to wait until you graduate before you can start counting your work experience. Unfortunately, most of your working holiday permit will have gone to waste by then. Hopefully, you'll be eligible for the PGWP.
