Yeah well, this is what I received-
This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on
your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application." and on top
Application status is still - "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you." but Final decision - Your application was approved. Other status like Review of eligibility, Background check etc. are still under processing.
Does it mean my Visa has been approved ?
Ik it's silly, but I'm nervous about it.

We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you." but Final decision - Your application was approved. Seriously, it clearly says "application was approved". It isn't difficult...
