Is medical required for TRV with work/study permit holders already in canada?

Hell,

I hold a post graduate work permit and am applying for my TRV extension. When I did my online assessment, it showed that I need a medical exam in order to get the TRV. is it true? Do I need to take a medical exam or its a mistake?

Hi,

Medical certificate/checkup expires after a year So check if yours is expired or not. If expired then you have to again appear for medical checkup.

Just realized that if you are in Canada you may not need to go for any medical.

No you don't. Not if you hold a valid work/study permit and already in Canada.
