Is Masters from Institute of Distance & Open Learning (IDOL), Mumbai University is accepted?

Hello all,
Is Masters from Institute of Distance & Open Learning (IDOL), Mumbai University is accepted for canadian immigration?

Do they have a different point system for distance learning vs. fulltime masters or it is totally on WES approved list?

So I found this list for distance learning recognized by WES for Canada immigration

Can anyone please recommend if they have done Masters from either of these universities and got recognized by WES successfully? I know it is a vast question but if anyone can suggest university in India for Distance MBA Executive Mgmt program from University that is recognized by WES for immigration it will be really helpful.

I want to study through distance learning but want to find out the university which will be recognized by WES.
