I am planning to apply PNP for PR once i get enough working experience during PGWP and have a full-time permanent job offer. I noticed that I don't need a LMIA to work if I got PGWP (Please tell me if this is wrong). But what if I am planning for a job after PGWP? Do I need a LMIA and work permit (employer specific?) when (before?) I file the application for PR, or do I just apply for the job position and wait for the PR (telling the employer that if you give me the job offer, I will be able to be a PR and work for you)?
