Hi, I got my work permit via BC PNP, on September 2019.
I need to apply for Permanent Residence by end of this month, since my PNP validation expires by next month.
The PR application must be done via the Paper Application.
I am under the Skilled worker stream of NOC type A.
Do I need to take a language test for applying PR?
I am getting confused of the info from cic and other websites.
Please help.
