Is job offer for BC PNP and LMIA the same thing

Hello everyone,

So I was creating a BC PNP profile for skilled worker program. There is a condition that you require a job offer from the employer you are working for. I have a LMIA from the employer and also have created an EE profile. My question is an LMIA a job offer that is required for the PNP program or that is a completely different thing that I need to apply for and get approved.
