Is it valid if documents are issued before the date ITA is received?

I have a CRS score of 453. I am pretty sure I will get an ITA so I am planning to get all the documents done before. Is it valid if the documents such as Reference letter, Police Clearance certificate, Medical Certificate, Bank Letter Head, etc. are issued few weeks before the date I received ITA?
