Is it too late if i apply for a study permit visa exactly 2 months from the start date?

i am from ethiopia and i submitted a paper application at a visa center today and my class starts exactly 2 month later do u think i am too late? btw the proccessing time for my country is 8 weeks

Probably. If you have not heard anything closer to the start date I would contact the school and see if you can defer your admission to the next semester.
