A person is sending me job offer letter from Canada and he says I do not have to pay and he is telling once in Canada I can work in his construction company in Toronto now am waiting for the letter to come how do I apply in Nepal and is it fake

Sounds like a fake to me, but post the letter when you get it (removing personal info).
