pls can someone help me.in my husbands federal skilled worker application we indicated myself and 2 children will not be accompanying him.we paid the processing fee for me and my son but not my daughter who was born after we started the process.my husband has been issued the pr visa and we now want to accompany him do you think it is possible at this stage?
If the visa office has already issued his visa, they might not appreciate you making some changes now. However, I believe it could be done. You need to contact the visa office and ask what you should do.
Did you add your daughter to the application when she was born? If not, she must be added and get her medicals before he lands as a PR, otherwise she can not be sponsored.
thank you for your prompt reply.yes we added our daughter and have done the medicals.the reason for the change is that we just realised we could have landed with my husband and then leave and come back later.we have sent an email to the visa office but it will be two weeks next monday but still no reply from them.what do you think.thanks again for your prompt responce
Thank you once again for your prompt response.is it normal for the visa office to take their time in responding to our request?or is it possible for us not to get any response from them.this is the london visa office.
Thanks for the responses.pls does pmm have anything to add to my questions.as i can see that he has a lot of experience with the canadian immigration process.
