Hi there,
I am an international student who got new study permit in Canada last December. My spouse and I have applied for the extension of spousal open work permit and my study permit together last October, and still waiting for his new permit.
Even though he has had the open work permit, he does not have a job, but we are just wondering that if this is the case, can my husband have a job now under implied status?
