Is it possible to get work permit without Medicals and I receive a letter confirming my biometrics

I got a work visa without doing a medicals and I got a letter confirming my biometrics same day my work visa was issued. I don’t know if that qualifies as a PoE Letter or a PoE letter is different? If so, it means I wasn’t given a PoE letter.

If your Visa was approved and you have it stamped on your passport, you are all set to fly out. POE letter is not necessary, a lot of applicants receive it after they have landed. Once you arrive, your work permit will be printed here.
