I'm from Bangladesh. I passed my BSc in CS last year 2018(December). I have a score of 2.85/4.00(84%) and an IELTS score of 7. I have applied to 3 Canadian universities so far and got myself rejected. All of them mentioned that my cgpa is not competitive enough for admission. So now I am thinking about applying to colleges, as I don't have any other options. Suppose I get an offer letter from colleges, would the embassy issue me a visa? I heard that the visa ratio is too low for college degrees(pgd).
