Is it ok to apply for work permit when the express entry profile is active

Dear All,
I had submitted for express entry on june 2018 , score was less than 350 hence not invited.

Later in the year, on Nov 2018, I got a job offer with LMIA, hence now I have applied for work permit. Is it ok to leave the express entry profile as it is ? Or should it be with drawn ?

Please advise , any inputs would be of great help.
