I am a Diploma and Degree holder. Both the universities are in different cities. I have both Transcripts + Sealed Envelopes of Attested Marksheets & Certificate is ready with me.
Question 1) Do I have to send both (diploma + degree) university sealed envelopes from the same city of the university separately to WES OR I should append it in a single big envelope and can send it to WES from any city of the same state ?
Question 2) Does any LOE or any other document required in the envelope ?
