My medical done on 15 Aug;12 still no responsce from CHC. Why the CHC are taking so much time? what are the chances of getting visa after medical? Is it mandatory to pay the tuition fee before getting Visa? Because I had just shown my bank statement to CHC not pay my fee yet. Will it effect my visa?

Of course it is mandatory to pay 1 year of college fee or you could deposit 10.000 CAD in Scotia bank..And other thing, they don't need bank statements dude they need bank loan which covers your living expenses and accommodation..

Im from pakistan. my bank acounts is quite good. One acount having almost 40lacs and other acount 25lacs one is stable and the other is runnig finance from last 10 months. My question is Is it mandatory to pay the tuition before getting visa?
