Hello, I'd been work as a mining engineer.
Now, I've already left my job because I have the plan to study in Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering in Canada.
My question is Is it too hard to find jobs in Canada after graduation? I have 6 years experience in mining field in 3 countries in Asia but I don't think that Canadian employer count it as work experience.
I concern that I can't get jobs in Canada after graduation

I applied diploma in Mining Engineering (Sept-18 intake) in Saskatchewan..Now I have been working in Kuwait for 3 years in oil and gas sector as a Planning Engineer.I think, after studies it is not so tough to get job in mining field as there is shortage of mining employees in Canada.

Hello, Paul,
do you think it is possible to get a job a Mine Planner with a Technology Diploma only? Queen's is offering a great Diploma-to-Degree program but it is unaccredited by CAEB (the program itself) and PEO society answered me that I will have to take 18 exams to apply for a license. Can I work as a Mine Planner without license?
Really depends on how that resource sector is doing at the moment. Plenty of Canadian mining eng who have had to work in other countries to get a job at one time or another.
