I have submitted my PR application under Canadian experience class on May 21, 2014 and it reached on May 28, 2014. Recently I have emailed to CEC on status of my application, they responded me as " Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 26 June 2014, as you did not provide an eligible NOC code". I have filled 2006 NOC code instead of 2011 NOC codes, that was the mistake.
My question is, whether it is sufficient to change NOC code in imm0008_8e and resubmit the application or I should update all forms with latest date. Please advise me.

Make sure the forms were not updated to new versions online, they usually indicate the year and the date I think on the bottom, but I mean your application is pretty fresh, if I were you I would just send it with only that form updated...

Good point. I am not sure what exactly was the change in to these documents. But the website shows Document checklist was updated on Aug 2014 and IMM0008 was updated in June 2014. May be very minor changes, but worth a double check.
