is it compulsory to be a two year master's degree graduate to apply for CEC or you can study for two years any degree or diploma to get PGW and then CEC..plz reply anione
 
Well, it is not ANY degree or diploma, but most... if you studied for 2 years, full-time, and got a degree or diplmoa, then most likely that qualifies you for the education component of the post-graduate stream.
