Is it alright to have 2 oinp file number

I received notification of interest from Ontario for a skilled trade position 20 days ago. I created an ontario pnp account and git a file number. I couldn’t complete the application and in 14 days the file number got expired. I saw that there is 45 days to apply for pnp under skilled trade position. So i was wondering if it is alright to just create a new file number and starting applying for the same noi since I haven’t applied with the first file number and its not 45 days yet.
