Is Inland or Outland Spousal Sponsorship Better With a Working Holiday Visa?

I will be applying for a working holiday visa through the SWAP program and I will be living with my girlfriend during my 1 year stay. I was just wondering after the 1 year is over would it be better for me to apply inland or outland. I understand that outland has faster processing times, but I would not be able to work so I would most likely have to quit my job. With the inland application I would be able to receive a work visa that will allow me to continuing working in Canada.

Also would I be forced to leave Canada after my SWAP 1 year working visa has expired or would I be able to stay as long as I have the application for permanent residency going on through the spousal sponsorship?

Definitely outland.

You would need to apply to extend your stay as a visitor prior to your work permit expiring. Applying for PR does NOT grant any form of status or allow you to stay in Canada.

Okay, but would losing my job be worth it? Since if I am a visitor I won't be allowed to work during my stay, unless there is another type of work visa I would be eligible for once my working holiday visa expires?

I did some minor research and saw that a Computer System Analyst falls under an acceptable category for NAFTA/TN visas, I'm not sure if this only applies for working in the US or if it applies for Canada as well?
