Is IIPM Eligible for WES/IQAS/ICAS/CES?

As mentioned in the title has anyone done WES/IQAS/ICAS/CES for IIPM BBA and MBA degrees?
I know WES can't be done but, Any help will be appreciated about the others.

From what I remember, IIPM was never allowed to issue degrees - so what you have is likely a certificate and it won't work with WES. Unless IIPM went back to get the accreditation, your certificate will not be eligible for IQAS or anyone else either.

This is what I recall as well. They can't issue degrees. It's a diploma mill.
