A quick question. My girl friend is moving here from Europe. I plan to get her here on a study permit. She plans to go to teachers college to become a French teacher. She is fluent in French and it is her first language. Now my question is does she need IELTS to study here in Ontario?
Am not sure she needs to prove her english abilities as the program would be in French. Any help is appreciated.
