is IELTS mandatory for rural and national immigration pilot program

I have been following this rural and national immigration pilot program for some hours now and I really like the program so to say, Now i have a question to ask, Please I would like to know if IELTS is mandatory for the immigration program as well? Please do let me know.

Did you read the language requirements ? I would say proof of language is mandatory through one of the options listed

no, you can also use CELPIP or TEF. However language test from English or French is mandatory.

Not sure what you mean but depends on the community where you have the job offer. Pilot programs may have an end date where they extend, cancel or change the program requirements.
