I have been admitted to McGill University for my Masters in Sept intake. Actually the univ waived my IELTS because of my medium of instruction upto Undergraduate degree. Now for study permit I have to show IELTS Score or explaining the same in Letter of explanation is enough?
 
not sure on study permit, however, for CIC EE profile, you definitely need ielts. better give it now, it is valid for another 2 yrs
