Is Fort Erie, Canada affected by "Buffalo Shuffle Closing"??? PLEASE HELP!!

Im planning to submit my TRV application tomorrow at Fort Erie and I just read the news about the Buffalo Shuffle closing.

Is Fort Erie affected by the said closing???If so, where and what visa office will i send my application?the fastest way as well?

Is anybody can give some advice??

Im done everything, bank draft and other documents,only have to do is send it to Fort Erie..what will happen if i still send it??

If im going to send it, how sure that they will still process my application and return my passport with visa stamped???

Is anybody submitted there application last few days or weeks and still waiting for their passport to be stamped??

so worried, because im going home next month and i read from this forum that Buffalo VO is faster than other VO...

BUFFALO VISA OFFICE IS NOW OFFICIALLY CLOSED.

There's an instruction that we can apply TRV thru myCIC. My question is, how to stamp our original passport??Will they sent us a sticker one with stamp, or anything to attach to our passport??

Please share your experience about this matter, for those who knows this, or those who already applied thru online..
