Is Electrical and Electronics comes under Area of Training for Monproject Quebec

I did B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E.E.E) But In the Area of Training E.E.E is not mentioned.But there are others like electrical and electronics communication\Engineers etc. so What should be selected For E.E.E or E.E.E is not qualified under Area of Training.

For My Spouse,She did MBA - Finance(Master's) But this is also not in the Area of Training list.

Please advise on the above.
