You don't have to send transcripts directly to wes. It depends on the university. Some universities provide that service and some don't. If your university doesn't send directly to wes, then collect the transcripts from the University in a sealed and stamped envelope and send it to wes.
Yes, you have to send a photocopy of your degree along with the transcipts. Just place the copy into the larger envelope along with the transcripts envelope. Write your wes reference number on all the envelopes.
