Can someone here tell me if the CPC SYDNEY NS office is closed because of corona virus or still open, i sent my outland spousal pr application by courier which was returned back because the office was closed. Did any other person got it delivered or returned? Please share.

I sent via canada post and there was no signatures when it was received on 25 march.
