Guys ,

Do let me know is convocation would be the strong reason to get the Visitor visa .

As my husband is going to graduate in Mar'14.

Can i go to attend his convocation as once my OWP got rejected due to purpose of visit and You will not leave canada by end of your stay.

Guys please suggest me what should i do..??

or should i apply after he gets his work permit.

What would be the options for me.

If the OWP was refused then I think there's a good chance the TRV will be refused as well.

I would wait until he has a Post Graduate Work Permit and a skilled job before trying to apply again.

I just wanted to know as my husband is in hotel occupation and he is going to start the internship of his last semester..

Can you tell me which occupation or department he can choose in order to come in NOC skilled category or (0,a,b) and after that i would be also eligible to get the open work permit.

Is Post graduation work permit really requires the job in NOC (0 a,b) category in order to apply for spouse Open work permit..

As in below link there is point if your spouse does have PGWP then your partner is eligible..

Is your wife working ?? if she is working in which category of job she is working.

if she is working in NOC(o,a,b) category then you will be eligible to apply for OWP.

yes she is working as administative officer in logistic company I think its lies under noc b category.
