I'm missing CLB level by 0.5 points in Listening, do you think I would be awarded this 0.5 by rescoring?

Chances of successful remarking for Listeninng module are extremely low. I would suggest to save that money for a retake since you’re almost there.

highly unlikely, becoz in listening and reading there is only 1 correct answer, like a maths test you know... speaking and writing there is usually some room for improvement, listening - highly unlikely. You can give it a shot though, upto you.
