Is Biotechnology a regulated course/career that requires licence to practice in Canada?

As an international student studying biotechnology, do I need a licence before I can work in Canada after graduation?

No. Biotech itself isn't regulated, but you may work in a related regulated field like pharmaceuticals. But you certainly don't need a license to get a job working for a pharma company.
