I got LOA from St. Clair College, chatham, Ontario. It has DLI Number also. In College offer letter they required from me IELTS band score 5.5 and not less than 5 in each in band.
My IELTS band overall is 5.5. (W-5, L-5.5, R-6, S-6). But in student Direct Stream (SDS) of Philippine visa office Written that IELTS Band score must not less than 6 overall .
