I am currently studying at NSCC and plan to apply for provincial nomination through the Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry (NSEE) program after graduation. The EE pathway in Nova Scotia requires one year or more of experience in 0A or B class occupations. Does working as an apprentice for one year after graduating from NSCC's trades program count as B-class occupational experience? This is important because most job opportunities open to recent graduates in the trades field are apprenticeships. If apprenticeship experience does not qualify, what should be done in this case?

As long as the apprenticeship is not part of then degree it should could count as NOC B
