Is age a disqualification for PR under express entry

I am 46 years old, have a bachelors degree in engineering and an MBA and am planning to apply for PR under the express entry options. Is my age a disqualifying factor as the point system does not give any points for my age.

Also most agents are saying that I will not qualify for PR in Canada

Please share you views on this

Not a disqualification in itself but it does restrict the number of points you need for eligibility.

Check if you get 67/100 on this scale ---> www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
