I am new here and full of so much frustrations at this moment.
Sent my passport for Student Visa stamping and it been over 2 months now.
1. Is Accra processing student visa at all ?
2. Can I withdraw my application ? I don't see the need to keep my passport in their office for no reason. What if I plans to travel elsewhere. Why are they keeping my passport for more than 2 months? I totally don't understand.
3. Do we have the right to take IRCC Accra to court for holding my passport for such a longer period of time?
I am asking these questions out of frustration and I am likely do harm to myself because I totally don't understand why they are keeping my passport for over 2 months.
