Hi Folks,
Is a bank DD same as certified cheque in India?
If that is rite, I should get a DD payable to "THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" for a amount of CAD $1100 (Me & Wife). Is that rite?
Should anything else be included? Any fine details? Like, should I mention where the DD should be payable at?
Thanks & Regards
AJ

Dear Alertjeba,
You should get a DD from a bank favoring "The Receiver General For Canada". The amouny you mentioned is correct.
Good luck to you.

The DD should be payable in Canada. You need to present the Fee Payment Form to the bank and they will issue the DD accordingly.
