Is 7.5/10 cgpa good enough to apply for a PhD program in science streams in Canadian Universities? I have scored Band 8 in IELTS and have 16 months of teaching experience for Bachelor's degrees.

Depends on who else is applying that year and whether you can find a supervisor interested in your area of research.
