is 1st year fees mandatory under non Sds application?!

Hello everyone! This is jay dave from India and I've reapplied under non Sds for Jan'23. As the documents,I've attached 1st year fees, GIC, 14 lacs liquid funds and 10 lacs ITRs.
So my question is that , will it be okay to attach both 1st year fees and GIC under non Sds?
