Hi there, I always have a question about using the IRCC form. I am applying online through the non-SDS stream in Hong Kong. I did the entire process by myself (including application, uploading documents etc.). When it comes to providing additional information or contacting the IRCC, should I answer "Yes" or "No" for the question "Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada?", since the response time for both webform appears different. And I am afraid if I send to both it somehow make the case complicated.
