Trust you are all doing well.
I applied for a study permit and got refused in July so I reapplied in August.
I went ahead to register for the semester which started in September and raised a web form to inform IRCC about my registration.
I later had to defer the program since I still hadn’t heard from IRCC and my lecturers were not willing to continue the online lessons.
I just received an email from IRCC requesting for my new LOA - deferral letter.
My questions are
1. Has anyone been in such a situation?, and
2. Does it look positive that my visa will be approved?
