IRCC REFUND

Today i have got an email for refund of 565CAD, I did not initiate refund , i got AOR on 17th October, did anyone else get this kind of email from Case officer?

"A refund in the amount of $565.00 has been initiated. If you paid by credit card, it will be credited back to your credit card account. Otherwise, a cheque will be mailed to you at the address indicated above in approximately six weeks to eight weeks. "

close to your spouse sponsorship fees ,and you didnt get any communication of refusal on your file ??

UPDATE: I got medical and biometrics request today, i paid 565 CAD extra , thats why they initiated refund, i paid total 1730.

However, I only received an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR), and I’m confused as to why I received this email and attachment. Can someone help explain what this means and why I got it?"
